E-Integration, Inc.
Mr. Romzek concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate,
and real estate law and related litigation, focusing in business
formation and mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on manufacturing
and distribution. He has been involved in numerous complex corporate
mergers and acquisitions, which have included participants on a
national and international level. Mr. Romzek also has had extensive
litigation experience at both the state and federal levels in Michigan
and throughout the country, which includes take-over litigation,
shareholder disputes, securities, RICO, and other business matters.
Mr. Romzek is licensed to practice in the state courts in Michigan,
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of
Michigan and the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He serves
as an advisory member on the Board of Directors for several closely-held
businesses. Mr. Romzek is a member of the State Bar of Michigan,
their sections on Business Law and Real Property law, and serves
on the State Bar Committee for Joint Ventures, Limited Liability
Companies, and Other Investment Vehicles.
