industry, PECMA (Paperless Enterprise Contents Management Application)
is a customizable application that can integrate with and enhance
any existing third party pharmaceutical software/ application. It
creates a paperless order environment to eliminate fax machine dependency,
thereby reducing toner cost as well as paper order fulfillment and
filing.
PECMA eliminates paper trails by receiving incoming
fax orders (prescriptions, medical records, billing, etc), no matter
what the amount, and immediately routing them to the appropriate
inbox or predefined destination. Orders will then be available for
processing in an electronic format. PECMA can receive orders of
any format including website orders, scanner, postal mail, ftp,
email and manual upload.
