Director Strategic Relations & Quality Assurance
E-Integration, Inc.
Shannon Southway is the Director of Strategic Relations & Quality
Assurance. She is responsible for streamlining the business processes
and customer relations guidelines of EI to ensure that quality and
cost-efficient products and services are continually provided. Before
joining E-Integration, Shannon acquired her quality business practises
and customer relations skills as the Business Manager of Network
Operations for Internet Operations Center, Inc. and, prior to that,
at EDS working on General Motors accounts.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts and Letters from Michigan State
University.
