SingleContactPack - Basic Support

This program provides direct support during regular business hours for
E-Integration services for one full year.

 Basic Support features include:
  

* Direct phone and email access to technical support specialists for problem resolution, documentation clarification and technical guidance, on regular business days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

* All issues will be assigned to an engineer within four hours of receipt.

* Register up to 2 designated contacts from your organization.

* Minimum of 20 Hours per month must be purchased and used in a 30-day period.
(Refer to price list for different type of services.)
