SingleContactPack - Gold Support

This program is designed to provide direct round-the-clock support for E-Integration services for one full year.

Gold Support features include:
  

* Direct phone and email access to technical support specialists for problem resolution, documentation clarification and technical guidance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

* All issues will be assigned to an engineer within four hours of receipt.

* Register up to 2 designated contacts from your organization.

* Minimum of 30 Hours per month must be purchased and used in a 30-day period.
